Safety, Inc. was incorporated in Alaska in October 1976 for the purpose of providing sales and service of the Zee Medical product line. We have had the exclusive rights for the Zee Medical distributorship in the State of Alaska. This relationship lasted for over 45 years until the Zee Brand was discontinued.

We then set out to find comparable products to continue our mission and uphold our position of No. 1 van-based provider of occupational first aid and safety products, training and services. It took some time, but we are very pleased with the results of our labors.
Our services are highly valued by hundreds of customers in all types of workplaces, such as manufacturing plants, auto repair and other shops, warehouses, offices, construction sites, churches, restaurants, hotels, etc. Along with visiting regularly to replenish and inspect equipment, Safety, Inc. representatives work closely with their customers to provide information and recommendations on products and services which would most benefit them in an ever-changing regulatory environment. We offer customized programs to help businesses reduce the escalating healthcare costs associated with on-the-job injuries and illnesses.
Safety, Inc. is located in Anchorage at 2518 East Tudor Road, Suite 101, where it maintains an inventory, a classroom facility and house our vans. From this location, Safety, Inc. sells and services first aid kits, along with providing walk through safety inspections and equipment recommendations, so as to provide a safe workplace for employees in every type of environment.
In addition to first aid services and products, Safety, Inc. sells emergency, medical, and workplace safety items from a wide variety of manufacturers. We also provides certified classroom and on-site instruction in First Aid, CPR, AED operation, Bloodborne Pathogens and other safety topics.
In October of 2013, Safety, Inc. became a woman-owned business and is certified as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) by the State of Alaska DOT.
